TheLINK seeks to produce great leaders who not only live out their faith in theLINK community, but also in the community of Fayetteville and in the global community.
Link Teams
There are several teams that help make theLINK run effectively, efficiently, and smoothly every Sunday. Check out all the wonderful teams that you can be a part of!
Set-Up Team- This teams sets up theLINK before service (staging, banner, tables, etc).
Coffee Team- This team not only makes the coffee, but is able to connect with people over a cup of coffee.
Shuttle Team- This team picks up students who do not have the transportation to get to theLINK, specifically from the UofA Campus.
Welcome Team- This team is the first team you see as you walk through the door. They distribute LINKlets, write name tags, and get to know people.
Info Team- This team holds all of theLINK’s valuable information about upcoming events, connect groups, and ways that you can get more connected to your LINK Community.
Media Team- This team is the magic behind the scenes of theLINK. They run the sound board, lights, and lyrics, and they shoot the LINKCast every week.
Tear Down Team- This team tears down what the set up team sets up (staging, banner, tables, etc).
Hospitality Team-This teams provides the delicious desserts every Sunday, in addition to meeting, greeting, and hosting the LINKsters.
Food Team- This team feeds the hard working LINKBand members every Sunday evening.
Parking Team- This team is the first face of theLINK that you see. They assist with the flow of parking.
Visibility Team- This team makes theLINK visible through various avenues, such as social media, posters, t-shirts, etc.
Usher Team- This team collects the offering every Sunday, and they hand out miscellaneous material on special events.
Link Reserves- If you have read all of these teams, but still aren’t quite sure where you want to serve or how your gifts and talents could benefit theLINK community, there is a place for you as well! TheLINK Reserves is a team that finds the perfect place for you to serve and get connected.

The Cadre is a 55-day leadership encounter with Jesus. The focus is to equip college students to become prayerful leaders who have the power to transform society. To learn more about The Cadre, visit the website.
